RUN/WALK - 5km Run in the Birchwood trails
Strap on your barefoots or lace up your running shoes and follow your friends and community along this 5km course through the beautiful Birchwood trails of Fort Mcmurray. There are no timers and no podium ... only smiles and a good time in nature. This run/walk is at your own pace.
YOGA - 60 minute yoga class in the park
All yogis welcome!!!! No previous experience needed for this fun and playful outdoor yoga class led by Kaitlin Armstrong. Be ready to move and sweat or just lie under the beautiful sky and enjoy the sounds of nature and breath as a community. There is live music throughout as well as prizes for those who are decked out in there most happy, cheerful yoga attire!! Please bring your own yoga mat unless you want to do some chatarungas in the grass!!!!
MEDITATION - 60 minute Guided Meditation
Experience the peaceful and restorative guided mediation with Kaitlin Armstrong while listening to the birds chirps and rustles of leaves in the trees soothe you into a deep state of relaxation. Mindfulness is accessible to all and Kaitlin wants to show you how genuinely empowering meditation in any form can be to bring you the clarity and serenity in any moment of your life.
