What tools can you use to alleviate stress in your day to day life? With the use of essential oils, yoga and yoga nidra, Katie and Kaitlin will provide you the tools to move into each day and every challenge with a sense of calm. We will be using doTERRA Essential Oils as part of this practice. Each attendee will get a digital copy of Katie's yoga nidra to help reduce stress.
